TEA ROOM Castile Soap

If you’ve been washing your skin thoroughly but not with a true soap, you’ve probably noticed dry, irritated skin. Soap doesn’t wreak havoc on your hands; the key is using the right soap, where most “soaps” on store shelves are actually detergents.

Enter true soaps, like ours: crafted from natural fats. These oils not only cleanse but also protect, leaving your skin clean without robbing it of its natural hydration.

Our castile soap is essentially made only of two things: good oils and sodium hydroxide. The combination of fats or oils with the alkali results in the formation of soap through a process known as saponification.

Here’s the catch: Detergents are excellent at removing oils—so good that they strip not only dirt but also the natural oils in your skin. And nobody needs that, especially when we’re washing our hands 15-20 times a day!

ESSENTIAL OILS

Essential Oils come in four different grades;  Synthetic, Fragrance Grade, Food Grade, and Therapeutic Grade.

Therapeutic Grades oils are pure, medicinal, steam-distilled essential oils to preserve the integrity of the oil just as it is found in nature. Therapeutic grade oils can be used to penetrate cell membranes and enhance cellular function.

Our EOs have a whole different standard for essential oil purity and potency. This standard protects what nature has created, which correlates directly with the health-enhancing benefits you expect from essential oils. The oils are sourced from their own natural habitat and they are not contaminated from polluted soil or pesticides. They do not contain any fillers or artificial ingredients and companies producing high grade therapeutic essential oils have very strict quality control.

Very Moisturizing

Olive oil is rich in fatty acids and antioxidants, providing excellent moisturizing properties. Coconut oil adds further hydration and supports skin barrier function.

Gentle Cleansing

These oils provide a natural and gentle cleansing action, effectively removing dirt and impurities without stripping the skin of its natural oils to maintain a healthy skin barrier.

Anti Inflammatory

Both olive oil and coconut oil have anti inflammatory properties that can soothe irritated skin. This is particularly beneficial for individuals with sensitive or inflamed skin conditions.

Antioxidant Protection

Olive oil contains antioxidants, such as vitamin E, which can help protect the skin from free radical damage. Antioxidants play a role in maintaining skin health and preventing premature aging.
